Accreditation Information

Concordia University has been accredited by the Higher Learning Commission of the North Central Assocation since 1967, with reaccreditation given in 1997. All professional teacher education licensure programs have been accredited by the National Council for Accreditation of Teacher Education (NCATE) since 1969, with reaccreditation given in 2003 (through 2008). The graduate programs in education are also accredited by NCATE. Additionally, all teacher licensure programs are approved by the Minnesota Board of Teaching. The most recent approval was completed in 2000 and is also through 2008.
