Continuing Studies Application Process
(only for those seeking financial aid)

Fill out and submit a Continuing Education Application (PDF)
  • A non-refundable application fee of $30, payable to Concordia University by check, money order or pay online
  • Continuing Studies Application for Financial Aid (PDF)
  • Final and official transcripts (PDF) from all previous institutions attended
  • Two general letters of recommendation (PDF)
  • Official high school transcript if:
    a. you have completed less than 30 semester (45 quarter) credits of college at an accredited institution
    b. you have completed 30 semester (45 quarter) credits or more of college at an accredited institution, but your cumulative grade point average is less than 2.0
